Geoff, a native of the area, was first licensed as a real estate salesman in 1975 under his father's brokerage. He became a broker and operated his own office in 1981. In 1984, he purchased the long standing practice of Don Innes and has headed the firm since then. His wife Joan, who hails from burlington, obtained her license in 1991, and together they formed the area's top selling team.

Geoff and Joan sell over the region, including the communities of: Ancaster, Dundas, Hamilton, Binbrook, Flamborough and Burlington.

While they have developed a specialty in new and resale homes, the pair also acts in rural, rental and default properties. Geoff's involvement also includes commercial, investment and development real estate. And together they are the exclusive marketers of such renowned new home projects as Fiddlers Green Village and The Villages of Glancaster.
